Cheyne Gardens is located in South East Queensland on the Fraser Coast.  

The Fraser Coast is the gateway to the World Heritage listed Fraser Island and the southern region of the Great Barrier Reef.  It’s a convenient 3 hour drive north of Brisbane, and a 90 minute flight from Sydney.   It is serviced by two major regional centres, Hervey Bay and Maryborough.  

You’ll find Cheyne Gardens at Tinana, a 5 minute drive from Maryborough.  Maryborough has unique Queensland heritage values and is a pleasing blend of old and new. It is attracting strong interest due to its heritage buildings, growing café culture and relaxed pace. It embodies the enticing charm of a small town, but with the services and conveniences of a city.  The Mary River is a focal point of the town and at the heart of beautiful parklands and public spaces.  

The region enjoys an enviable sub tropical climate which averages a warm 30 degrees in summer and 22 degrees in winter.
